23 1/2 Weeks
We have been busy! So much is left to do, but we made a small dent this past weekend by clearing out a closet for Reese, organizing her small collection of things, picking out a crib (much thanks to Mama and Daddy!) and registering! Some of it was fun, and some was stressful. *Grin*
I am feeling "large and in charge" these days, but I want to be more cautious than I have been, as I talk about my body. Dillon and I will be raising a girl in a society with harsh standards for beauty, and I do not want to plant words like "fat" and "chubby" into her mind, words I have been using frequently up to this point. I hope Reese grows up feeling that she is valued , not because of her beauty, or even because of her brains but because she has a Savior who loves her.

I love what you said at the end- Reese finding her value not in beauty or brains but b/c of Christ. You will both be great parents.
